- Definition of Business Transformation Processes: We create a strategic map to define new market opportunities offered by the changing environment, to establish the best way to access them. With this information, we construct a capabilities map to help us define the gaps to be addressed and the processes to be defined or modified.
- Architecture of Technological Solutions to Enhance Business Processes: Once the new business processes to be modified or built are defined, a Technology Architecture Map is created. In this map, we outline the technology required to achieve the proposed objectives at the solution level.
- Evaluation of Technological Capabilities: Once the requirements are understood, we assess the company’s current state to identify new systems to implement, modifications or expansions of functionality in existing systems, or replacement of systems that have become limited for the new transformation process being planned. This assessment also takes into account possible security gaps to address or changes in the technological infrastructure.
- Evaluation of Available Vendors and Service Providers: Once the requirements are defined, we assess the key players in the industry for each of the capabilities needed, for all, infrastructure, software and implementation services. In doing so, we take into account Requirements, Growth Vision & Capacity, Technology Maintenance Capabilities, Budget, and Management Capacity. Their position within assessments by various rating agencies, customer references, and local implementation and maintenance capabilities are also considered.
- Supplier Negotiation: With knowledge of the Suppliers, Vendors and Service Providers, that need to be considered, we assist clients in negotiating with them to ensure that all important issues are covered, thereby reducing the risks and costs associated with these processes.
- Project Management: We have an experienced team that helps manage the project and ensure that there are no deviations in terms of time, cost, or scope, and that the defined objectives are met with the right focus.
- Managed Services: We can assist our clients in executing certain processes or services with a Managed Services model, where the client can delegate the operation of non core processes or activities for their business. This eliminates the costs associated with recruiting, selecting, and training personnel, as well as managing the operation of their teams in non core areas or areas where achieving economies of scale for other business groups can make the service more cost-effective than running it in-house.
